What’s been happening:

Following, worked for General Motors and Westinghouse in the Northeast and was sent by Westinghouse to Venezuela as General Manager of the elevator division for the Caribbean and South America. Finally came to Dallas, TX in 1972 for Westinghouse Elevators and subsequently joined the company that built my office/warehouse complex in Dallas: Henry S. Miller Realty Services, LLC. Been with them since 1974 (brief 10 year period with my own company which I sold back to them in 1994) and now President/COO and still working full time buying and selling commercial real estate.
